STEP 1
Go to the website you have purchased a subscription. To login into the subscriber area, go to PORTFOLIO. You should get something similar like this :

STEP 2
Press onto the link "LOGIN INTO THE PROTECTED PORTFOLIO AREA" and a window will pop up asking for your USERNAME and PASSWORD.
HINT : respect lower and UPPER cases, no empty cases before or after the username or password. If you cut and paste from the subcribtion confirmation email, be careful not to include empty cases

STEP 3
Once in the subscriber area, you have the choice to visit the models portfolio area or you the numerous galleries of other models presented as GUESTS.

STEP 4
When you have selected the portfolio of your choice, you will get an overview of all the sets available. You can change the portfolio between MODEL and GUESTS at any time. Also you see that every set has now a button "DOWNLOAD GALLERY"
HINT : if you don't see the button "DOWNLOAD GALLERY" displayed, please check the details of the gallery. Look at the DATE OF PUBLISHING and you are likely to see that the date is set in the future. This means that the gallery is ready but not yet accessible and will be released the date indicated.

STEP 5
If you press on any gallery preview picture, you will be accessing all the individual images inside that gallery. Images can now be individually selected with the button "ADD TO DOWNLOAD LIST".
HINT : you have maximum 12 galleries or pictures per page. You can browse the pages by pressing the page number. The page number you are currently located is always displayed.

STEP 6
If you press the button "ADD TO DOWNLOAD LIST" under any picture or "DOWNLOAD GALLERY" in the gallery overview, a new window will pop up showing the file(s) selected for download. Also the button on the image selected for download will change to "REMOVE FROM DOWNLOAD LIST". TROUBLESHOOTING : if the window doesn't pop up, please set your browser settings to allow pop ups. Else we strongly advise to use the excellent alternative browser Firefox that is much easier to handle.

STEP 7
If you want to delete or reset the list of files you want to delete, press on CLEAR. When you are ready to download, press START in the popup window. Also the exact size of all the pictures to be downloaded is displayed to you.
HINT : it is possible that it takes a moment to get the next page displayed in the window. The reason is that in the moment you press the START button, the server will collect all the pictures and build the zip file. Depending the size and the number of pictures selected, this can take a moment.

STEP 8
You will be required to agree to the terms and conditions. The size of the entire download is also indicated.

STEP 9
Once you agree with the terms and conditions, the button START DOWNLOAD will be activated. Press the button.

STEP 10
A browser window will open indicating that the file is ready to get downloaded. Normally, your browser will now ask you if you want to display the file on screen or if you want to save it. PLEASE SELECT SAVE
TROUBLESHOOTING : your browser or operating system may be configured to download the file immediately without asking where it has to be saved. In this case, we cannot help you as this is entirely depending from your system configuration. If you are totally lost, we recommend to install and use FIREFOX. With Firefox you won't get headaches.

STEP 11
Your operating system will now usually ask you WHERE DO YOU WANT TO SAVE THE FILE. Select the location where the file has to be saved (and keep it in mind). Also you can set the name of the file you are downloading.

STEP 12
Once the file has been downloaded, extract the ZIP file. Windows XP has such a tool integrated but we recommend to use WinRAR or WinZIP to extract the files.
TROUBLESHOOTING : if your zip file is emtpy or you get CRC2 errors, then the probability is that your firewall or antivirus is somehow destroying the contents of the zip file. We recommend that you disable your firewall or antivirus and try it again. We had a few such issues and after temporary disabling firewall and antivirus it worked perfectly. We have no idea why firewalls or antivirus would alter the zip files but fact is that it happens. However, we have firewalls and antivirus on our computers and we never experienced something like that.

STEP 13
The pictures have been extracted. Enjoy !
HINT : all the files downloaded are subject to a very simple file name construction :
og002x02.jpg = og (initials of the model) 002 (gallery number) x (is a separator without importance) 02 is the number of the picture in that particular gallery. This way, all pictures can easily be organized by collectors and professionals for review, archiving and documentation.
